Maeckel Farm Cattle is nestled in the rolling hills of Austin County, Texas near the community of Bleiblerville. We are the third, fourth and fifth generation of proud Texas ranchers.
Maeckel Farm Cattle is comprised of a quality commercial cattle operation and an elite Brahman female herd. We have finished market ready steers and Brahman heifers for sale seasonally.
We are committed to best practices in our small ranching operation. We attend continuing education to keep up with the newest protocols. Our herd receives preventive veterinary care which enhances overall herd health. We are members of the American Brahman Breeder’s Association.

Our Brahman Herd
Nate Ward’s love of cattle translated into years of FFA projects and resulted in our family’s love of Brahman cattle. We now have a small but elite Brahman female herd. Maeckel Farm Cattle’s Brahman females are sound in structure and all have excellent dispositions, translating the same for their progeny. Blood line influences include BR Cutrer, V8, Bull’s Eye Ranch, as well as JD Hudgins and Satterfield Ranch. We proudly announce the addition of a Brahman herd sire to our ranching operation. BRC Mr. Ingram 116 arrived late November 2021. We look forward to his Brahman calves as well as his crossbred calves for our commercial operation.
